Norwest Mezzanine Partners Invests $12.6 Million in Portable Facilities Holdings, Inc.
Norwest Mezzanine Partners invested $8.6 million of senior subordinated debt and $4.0 million of common equity in Portable Facilities Holdings, Inc. to support the recapitalization of Spanky’s Portable Services and the acquisition of PORTA-JON of the Piedmont, leading providers of portable sanitation equipment rental, debris removal and other construction site services in Greater San Diego, CA and Greater Charlotte, NC, respectively.
