Responsibilities

Jerry is involved in all aspects of accounting, tax and administrative matters for the partnership. Specifically, he focuses on managing the financial reporting process, tax compliance and the administrative support function. Jerry also provides this role to Norwest Equity Partners, the firm’s affiliated private equity fund. In addition, Jerry serves as the Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance officer for Wells Fargo, the firm’s primary limited investment partner.

Experience

Prior to working at NMP, Jerry spent five years performing audits and preparing tax returns for national certified public accounting firms, seven years managing the financial reporting and budgeting process for Fingerhut Corporation, and eight years managing the financial reporting and long range planning process for Norwest Bank.

B.S. degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University - Mankato
