Carter is a member of the investment committee and responsible for leading all aspects of firm management, including transaction sourcing, relationship development, and portfolio management. Prior to joining NMP in 2003, Carter worked as a vice president in the mezzanine division of Wells Fargo where he oversaw deal origination, structuring, and portfolio management. Previously, he was in the leveraged finance division of Wells Fargo.
