Norwest Mezzanine Partners Promotes Shani Graber to Managing Director, Focused on Investment Operations

Norwest Mezzanine Partners (NMP), a leading mezzanine investment platform, is pleased to announce the promotion of Shani Graber from Principal to Managing Director, Investment Operations.  

Graber is taking on a newly-defined role to lead investment operations for the NMP funds, including oversight of the investment and portfolio monitoring processes, legal documentation and investor relations. Graber joined NMP in 2005, and as a core member of several deal teams, she has been responsible for executing new investment processes and portfolio management activities.  

“With strong momentum and a focus on efficiency in our investment process, operations has become an increasingly critical function,” said Partner & Chief Operating Officer Brian Allingham. “Shani’s strong contributions to NMP over the past 18 years, as well as her demonstrated skill and deep knowledge of the fundamental aspects of our investment process, make her the perfect fit for this important role.”   

Prior to joining NMP in 2005, Graber was a vice president in GE Capital’s Global Sponsor Finance group. She also previously worked as an associate at Heller Financial and as an analyst at Prudential Capital Group. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin–Madison and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
